copy of the extradition document was found in Coke’s Tivoli Garden's office following his arrest

Jamaican News: Breaking & Current News - News - JamaicaObserver.com: "JEREMY Taylor, the deputy director in the office of the director of public prosecutions (DPP), said moments after the extradition request for Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke reached his office, RJR reporter Clinton McGregor called him wanting confirmation of the request.
Taylor said he neither confirmed nor denied the information to McGregor. This was on August 25, 2009.
Taylor, who is the head of the extradition unit in the office of the DPP, said he wanted the process to be expedited, now that the press had got wind of the request.
Taylor's evidence before the Manatt/’Dudus’ Commission of Enquiry today gives credence to speculation that the request had been leaked before completing its course through the proper channels.
The former police commissioner, Hardley Lewin, had said in a television interview that within minutes after he informed Government of the extradition request, the information had leaked to Coke.
A copy of the extradition document was found in Coke’s Tivoli Garden's office following his arrest."
